D.I.Y. Series: Easy Natural Laundry Detergent Recipe

We can’t express enough of how laundry detergents are not made with the best and safest ingredients. With the worry over toxins and chemicals used on the body, it’s important to know how to create your own natural products so you see what is in them and use them comfortably. It’s an affordable, non-toxic, and cleans well too!

For this recipe, you will need:

4 cups of washing soda

2 bars of castile soap (finely grated)

Optional:

5 drops of your favorite essential oil for scent (Add your drops of essential oil which each load)

Stir all ingredients together or blend well.  Pour in air tight container.
